Michael helped us recently with a construction project, the homeowner was looking to do something outside of the building code and Michael aided us in achieving his vision. Inquired about a topographical survey and grading plan for my new build with Bond Engineering and I would like to note that it was a great experience. Their response time and communication was fantastic from start to finish, and their initial schedule and budget were very accurate by the end of the project. One of the highlights was being able to provide personal input on customizing the layout of my property, with some suggestions from their team that really increased the value and practicality of my new home. The end product was able to accommodate every aspect of my expectation and more. Not only was the turn-around time and product great, but the direct relations that this team has with the Township(s) to meet their requirements were very smooth. As much as those qualities made this process better, the customer service really made the experience more enjoyable and less stressful than expected. I recently had the pleasure of working with Bond Engineering. We required the structural engineering of a complex load in our new home design/ build. Michael was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We reviewed the plans, discussed options and even when we had to change materials due to material costs, He helped us make it work with the materials available.

Michael was great to work with. I was looking for engineering drawings for an addition. The existing structure was not straight forward and Michael was able to guide me through providing the details that he needed to develop the plan. He was responsive, worked quickly and throughly. Even after the plan was complete Michael was still willing to help with a few detailed questions from the builder and supplier.
