We started working with Scott on our kitchen. It involved new cabinets, some new doors, and a few intricate custom pieces - including a full height pantry, coffee bar, and range hood. Scotts workspace is immaculate. The word tidy does not do it justice. Our kitchen was completed and we could not have been happier.

Since then, we have had Boreal back to do work in a bedroom, a wall a tricky wainscoting, and most recently... and complete basement reno.

Scott is considerate, meticulous, and all around a stand-up guy. I have no doubt he'll complete whatever the next renovation is that we do, as well.

Boreal Carpentry Inc. renovated our kitchen, opened a wall between the kitchen and dining room (requiring engineering drawings and approvals), added a bathroom to the second floor and created a Master Suite.

Working on a character home has it's challenges but, Scott and his team were up to the task. Scott took on every issue that arose with a level head and dealt with it in a professional manner. With Scott's exemplary planning, it was a tight 2 month timeline, everything stayed on schedule and budget. I also appreciated Scott's ability to keep us apprised of any surprises and assisting us with adjusting the budget appropriately.

It's in the details where Scott and his crew really show their worth, from tiling to trim, nothing is missed. I would Recommend Boreal Carpentry Inc. to anyone doing a renovation or a build. Scott's professionalism, as well as that of his team, is unmatched. I felt 100% comfortable leaving my home, and the extensive renovation, in their hands.
