Phil and Richie were extremely helpful with renovating our new kitchen. they also installed a new vanity and repaired plumbing in my laundry room. we renovated our electrical panel, added new pot lights as well. they fixed all drywall and it looks perfect.

Phil had done some work for me before and was a real pro at what he did with bathroom reno. Called him again for a kitchen reno and was treated fairly again. Came in 2 days prior of installation to tear down and cleaned up all mess. Installation done in no time. A little delay with counter top. No fault of his. Workmanship was top notch. Calling the counter top company everyday until they showed up to install. Phil is a caring person that goes out of his way to satisfy the customer. Really happy with the end result. Would recommend Phil highly to anyone who is interested in doing any reno's at their home.

Phil and Richard are the best contractors I worked with during my condo renovation. They did a perfect job with our laminate floor fitting parts around difficult corners too, the baseboard and shoe mold were done with great care making sure no gaps were left open (including shoemold around our columns), and the sliding mirror door needed new drywall installed between the ceiling and the top of the doors - this was done well too.

The most important thing about their work is that they take the time to listen, understand, and do what is right. If you want to have high quality contractors, this is who you want to hire.

Choosing a contractor is not easy. Often the final decision can feel like a gamble. Going with Phil at Braga turned out be be neither of these. He and his brother delivered on all of our hopes and we are left with something better than we could have expected. My wife and I would have no reservations about recommending them.

I have recently used Braga Contracting and their crew to execute Kitchen renovation and completion of a new basement. They conducted themselves like true professionals from start to finish...from the beginning stages of providing a quote and until they handed over the final product. Their quote was on point, their work was exceptional and detailed, and they went above and beyond that to ensure that I was happy with the work and clean up.

I will continue to use their services and will have no hesitation in recommending their work to any of my existing and future clients. A year ago, we got quotes from several contractors to drywall our basement ceiling and Braga made the shortlist! Unfortunately, we had to put off our basement renovations for a year as a result of some personal issues! One year later, we contacted Phil who had done an entire basement for one of our friends (based on our recommendations) and were excited after seeing the excellent work that they had done! As per the contract with Phil, they started promptly on January 3, 2013 and finished on January 11, 2013 and paid the same price that was agreed on in the contract. All of us (including my mom who was at our place every day to make sure that everything went smoothly) were amazed at the level of professionalism, skill and competence of Phil and his brother! They showed up on time, were always friendly and polite and my mom deemed them to be nice young men! They always kept us in the loop by emails about progress or any concerns/issues we had during the process. They did an excellent job on our basement (as evidenced by the pictures) and the work speaks for itself! We were very fortunate to have them work on the basement as too many times you read about nightmares that other people have experienced (for example, my brothers kitchen should have been completed six months ago by another contractor and its been an absolute nightmare for them wrong cupboards, re-ordering and not fulfilling what was promised)! They stayed within budget and timeframe as written in the contract. We would definitely recommend them for anyones basement or other jobs that they are capable of and have no regrets with waiting a year to complete our basement as it was definitely worth the better late than never wait!

The guys from Braga just finished our basement and we could not be happier. The process was very easy and they took care in cleaning up after each days work. They were very easy going and would listen to our ideas, but also gave some great suggestions that turned our extremely good. They put in the stone work around our gas fireplace that looks amazing!
