A beautiful sunny day and what a view! Thanks to the fine team of highly skilled professionals at Brako installed our living room and kitchen windows. Not only was the installation highly professional but the overall service was exceptional. From the initial quote through to the installation we were confident with our purchasing decision . We highly recommend Bracco building concepts for your window needs.

We used Brako to install our windows are our previous house in 2015 after much research. They did an excellent job (installed Duraco windows), and were available for a couple minor tweaks when needed.

When we moved to a new house that needed window replacement last year, we called Anita at Brako given our previous experience. Once again, the whole process was fantastic. The quote was reasonable, and the service was awesome, and the crew was courteous, clean, and always professional. This time we had fiberglass Duxton windows installed.

It really showed how much they care about perfection when Anita called prior to install to suggest a modification on our order. She suggested one of our front bedroom windows receive slightly different casing to make it look symmetrical. She even was able to reference similar house styles in our neighborhood which had not had this done and looked a bit skewed. It was a great follow up and clearly showed they cared about the end result.

I decided to finally write a review (should have earlier) when we had an issue on New Year's Eve. When the temps plummeted, we had one of our picture windows crack on the interior pane. It was a warranty issue, but still a concern. I contacted Anita, and within 3 hours (on NYE) we had our replacement pane ordered and scheduled for install. It was installed yesterday (only 8 days later!) and looks perfect. That's a shout out to both Brako and Duxton.

Truly a reputable and trustworthy group that is a pleasure to deal with.

Every aspect, from Anita giving the estimate to the installation, was dealt with in the most courteous, professional and friendly manner. I am THRILLED with my new door installed by the Brako team! Our previous door was drafty, impossible to close in the winter, and downright ugly. Anita really guided me through the process to help find the right door for our home and was a pleasure to deal with.

The install itself was really fast, the gentleman that came over were so polite and helpful! They even switched out a lock that was giving me issues in another door. Then when I had to run an errand, they had a neat trick to lock the door without using a key, so the new key was safely inside.

I will 100% be using them again for when we decide to get a new back door, and any window work we might need done in the future. Can't recommend them enough!

I had 3 windows replaced in my home. One in my kitchen, one in my living room and one in my bedroom. The quote that they initially provided me is the final price I paid. They were genuine, hard working individuals. The work was completed in under the time allotted and the windows came in before the expected time frame which was great considering winter is almost here. I have more windows that require replacing next year and you bet, I'll be calling them back to do them.

Very pleased with the product and the installation. Windows look good and casements open/close easily. Corners on trimwork very tight, they even covered all the nail holes. It was a slushy day but crew used lots of tarps and tracked in zero dirt. Friendly crew, well organized, worked quickly. Would hire again for sure.

Brako were prompt and provided an estimate and made numerous follow up visits to ensure all aspects of the job were addressed. They assisted in providing feedback and reviewing various options regarding the complete project. The company is operated by the family and all family members work as a team and are very committed to making the job right. There were no surprises and working with them was a pleasant experience without stress. They worked closely with Duxton Windows to ensure that all measurements were exact and any deficiencies were corrected immediately by all parties involved. Highly recommend using Brako for a building project and you actually have all owners of the business engaged with the home owner from start to finish.

This is the second project we have worked with Brako Building Concepts on. Our home was built in 1965 so installation projects like ours, (floor to ceiling windows in the living room) can be a challenge. We can ensure you Brako was up to this challenge! The installers Stephen and David were excellent and indeed prove the concept - measure twice and cut once as both windows are perfectly situated, perfectly level and beautiful to look at. I can also add that Brako truly listened to our ideas and what we proposed doing in this project and Anita did a great job to ensure the project met all building codes and that Stephen and David had all the right materials to complete the job in a timely manner.

We will use Brako Building Concepts for our future projects and highly recommend them as industry experts.

Brako was timely and considerate in letting us know when our door came in and when scheduling an installation date.

They did a fantastic job installing the door and handles and locks and also installing a new door bell. They also left the alarm wiring exposed for the alarm company to reset the alarm. I would rate their service much more superior to any other company we used in the past. We also had them replace our front window and they did so with the same superior work.

I would recommend them in an instance to anyone considering window or door replacement.

I am so very very pleased with my new window/door. Excellent service, most wonderful job done. I would recommend this company to everyone. They did such an excellent job. I have a triple pane window/door that opens and closes so easily and keeps my unit so very warm.
