John is very accommodating and his team is incredibly efficient. His company already offered the lowest rates for a student move that I could find, and they didn't charge for travel time within London. I had to change my move last minute and he made it work. On the day of the move, he also brought an extra staff member free of charge and even gave me a discount when we were done because he said I had less furniture than expected. Above and beyond!

From the first email to after the move, John and his team were first rate. From the quote, to the email reminders and check in the day before they were on top of things.
The crew was on time, polite, and fast!!. There wasn't a single scratch on anything. I offered to help once or twice and was told to relax! Good thing, or I would have slowed them down.
So pleased with that whole experience that I booked them for a last minute job the very next day and once again they didn't disappoint!
I've used other movers in the past, but not anymore.

The guys at Brawny Movers really set the bar high for how a moving company should be. My pregnant wife and I recently moved from Mississauga to London, and after getting close to 15 quotes we decided to choose Brawny Movers because their prices are not only realistic and fair, but the customer service was top-notch, with John taking the time to answer any questions we had. These are not your average movers who show up late, take lots of breaks, and then charge much more than originally quoted. Brawny Movers showed up even early than expected, work tirelessly until the job was completed, and were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. As well, our final price ended up being slightly cheaper than originally quoted. John and Jon are both fantastic, and I would recommend them to anybody moving. Moving is usually something that most people dread doing, but Brawny Movers completely changed my opinion about moving. For the first time, moving wasn't stressful. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Brawny Movers for my next move!
