Thank you to Breathe Easy Eco Solutions for dealing with our minor mould problem. We wanted to make sure it was not part of a bigger problem and Mark gave us a thorough assessment and delivered prompt treatment.
One small outstanding issue remained after the first visit but Breathe Easy quickly arranged a make-up appointment to deal with it free of charge and we were more than satisfied with Jayson's response.

We were very happy with the speedy and courteous service offered to us! Steve and his guys worked quickly and efficiently, completed the job properly and gave us recommendations for the future. We were given a quote beforehand, and paid exactly the amount stated on the quote! We hope to never have mold issues in the future, but for any other home care services we need, we will definitely be giving these guys a call :)

I was initially impressed when the treatment was done last year. After that they had to retreat the place after 3 months and now in nov it is getting worse. I called them and they are willing to treat the mold but with SOME additional cost. I can go on and on but I have lots of pictures that I would like to post about the work they did and what really happened after their two treatment. Now after a whole year they want to do the same treatment and charge me addition amount. Where is the justice about that.
Mansi, The reason that the mould keeps returning is that you continue to neglect your rental property and ignore our recommendations to keep the property mould-free. We have successfully done many of this type of job for landlords who care about their tenants and their properties.
We installed a second dehumidifier, and that after more than 8 visits to your house over the past year, we have yet to find either dehumidifier running. We measured the relative humidity in the property during our last visit at well over 65%.
You told us that you did not want us to replace the insulation, vapour barrier and drywall in your rental house, but that you would arrange for this work to be done, and to date you have not.
We suggested you have your roof checked a year ago for leaks and only last week you said you were going to deal with that. You have no insulation in the attic and your roof is leaking.
Three months after our initial treatment we retreated the house FREE, in spite of the fact that you had not followed any of our recommendations to maintain a mould-free house.
You told us that you were going to flame us everywhere, when you were told that we would charge you only half price for the third treatment. You then asked us to quote on doing the work telling us that you wanted us to do it within the week. This was AFTER you had submitted your review. Why would you ask us to quote and do the work if you were so dissatisfied?
We asked you what we could do to make this right before the review was published and you did not even answer. This has not been a good experience for either of us and we are sorry that we could not satisfy you.

| Warranty | 10 Year Limited Warranty as follows: (a) Mould remediation must encompass the entire premises, with the exception of the attic and/or garage. (b) The source of any moisture intrusion, as outlined in the report, must be remedied or resolved within 30 days of the treatment and substantiated, in writing. (c) In the event of a warranty claim, the Customer must agree to engage an independent and authorized third party to provide mould testing, and the results must be provided, in writing, to Breathe Easy Eco Solutions. (d) The relative humidity throughout the house must generally be kept below 50%. (e) All ventilation fans and ducting must be kept in good working order. Provided the Preventative Measures to maintain a mould-safe condition are followed, if there is a recurrence of the same mould issue, in the same locations, Breathe Easy Eco Solutions will apply the treatment one (1) additional time without charge, said warranty to expire 10 years from the initial application. In the event that testing determines that mould was properly remediated following the initial treatment, Breathe Easy Eco Solutions is not obliged to provide any subsequent remediation. In the event of any issue that may result in exercising this warranty, Breathe Easy Eco Solutions must be notified, in writing, within 30 days of noticing any prospective problem, so that a timely inspection can be made. The warranty is void if anyone else or any other company treats or remediates the area that Breathe Easy Eco Solutions has treated and/or remediated. |
