We had an old garage that was beyond repair, so we had Brentwood Contracting remove

the old one and build a new larger garage. Mel explained what they could build, and offered

some useful recommendations. He looked after the permit, and coordinated each phase of the project. Mel and Mike and their crews were obliging, and considerate to our neighbors, who we share our driveway with, which helped to minimize their inconvenience.

We are pleased with our completed garage, it is well built, attractive, and has all the features that we required.

My new garage is excellent! Mel and Mike were great to work with through the whole process. From permits to the actual work staying right on schedule to completion. I did have an issue with the roof construction, but after discussing with Mike he fixed it and in the end I am very happy with the work done.

Mel, Mike and the team were great from start to finish! We had some challenges with surveys, permits etc - Mel got us through all the hurdles with great expertise and patience. Then when it was time to do the actual build we were very impressed with the quality of the work and how quickly it all got done! Would definitely recommend Brentwood for anybody looking for a new garage - they really know what they're doing!

I can strongly recommend Brentwood. They removed my old garage and built a new one, and they took care of every aspect of the project--from permits all the way through to clean-up--so it was a worry-free experience for me. Mike was a constant presence on the job, everything was done very professionally, and both Mike and Mel were always available by email. One extra thing I really appreciated was Mike's diplomacy in dealing with a difficult neighbour. He was patient and kind, so what could have been a very bad situation was no problem in the end. Overall, I don't have a single negative thing to say about this experience. They were exactly as good as the reviews led me to believe, and my amazing new garage is proof of that.

We would definitely recommend Brentwood Contracting. We asked them to demolish and rebuild our two-car garage. The problem was that our garage was encroaching onto city property. Mel worked tirelessly with the city and represented us when we had to go to Committee of Adjustment in order to obtain the proper building permits. When it came time to begin work in the fall of 2015, Mike was on site every single day supervising the work and ensuring that everything was done correctly. The work was done on time and on budget. We couldn't have asked for better contractors.

We love our new garage. Brentwood Contracting has a great team of very skilled, efficient people who are an absolute delight to work with and who provide top quality workmanship. Mel worked closely with us in the initial design so that we got exactly what we wanted. Mike oversaw the entire project, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Our garage was completed on time, on budget and at a fair price. All our expectations were exceeded. We highly recommend Brentwood and would hire this company for other projects around our home.

Mike and Mel were great and very professional in their work. They assisted with all the steps in the garage, including getting the permits required. The work was done quickly and the new garage is well built and attractive, as well as being in character with the neighbourhood. I would highly recommend this company. The prices are reasonable and the work is excellent.

After spending some time looking for contractors to do my garage....I decided to go with Brentwood. Best decision I made.....everyone was great from beginning to the completion. It was done within budget and on time. All the work that was done was laid out clearly and executed according to the timeline. I couldn't have asked for better service, and more important quality of work. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with.....very friendly people. We love our garage.....Brentwood definitely exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended....wouldn't look anywhere else for garage installers.

We decided in February that we wanted to tear old garage down and replace with a new one. So we started to search for contractors, I know there are some good ones ,some average ones and a few really bad ones.(I work for a big box reno store) and have met a few of those bad ones! I found Brentwood on this web site , I researched them , contacted them, and inquired about there company and the work they do.They gave me addresses of there work they have done. I quickly learned that they are the BEST of the BEST! There team of people REALLY REALLY CARE about their work they do and they take ALOT of PRIDE in their work. I have the garage to prove it!! One of the partners , mike was very very professional and kept me well informed everyday along the way of the whole project. The whole team (cement guys CARLO, "the boss", "luigieeee straight cut" to framer lindon "muscles CLAY" and even the siding guy "Brandon the newfie byes" was an absolute pleaser to have work on this project!! it was a bit sad when they were finished and to see them go. But as I said I have an absolute beautiful garage to prove it and proud to show it off. If you are considering to hire these guys, don't even think twice just do it , they are the BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!
