When we bought our house, we knew we needed some major renovation because it is an old house (25+ years). After having many quotes with other contractors, we found Brian the most reliable and knowledgeable. He and his team did a great job installing the hardwood floors, fireplace, carpet, pot-lights, insulation, fan in bathrooms, painting, and other minor fixtures.

The whole project was finished in time. I already recommended Brian to my friends and clients, and I would do it again. Nowadays, it is very hard to find a honest and trustworthy contractor like Brian. We were very lucky to find him.

Brian has done a great job in our kitchen. We initially hired his team to make the demolition of the old tiles and the installation of the new ones - which was done with great perfection. His job was so good that we ended up hiring him to also install the new cabinets. He showed creativity and craftsmanship throughout the process and we would certainly recommend him (as we've done for a couple of friends already). We wish him all the best since his professionalism is to be rewarded.

We hired Brian a couple of weeks ago. We knew immediately when he came inside our house that he is a person who knows his business so well. He made us comfortable with all the suggestions he gave us. The project was finished in a timely manner, as what we expected. We really appreciate what he has done for us. Our kids enjoy the room and our ceiling was also nicely done. Brian has essentially remodeled our entire home, in two phases, and has dealt well with some difficult and unexpected situations. Some contractors use those changes in conditions as an opportunity to charge you more, a lot more. Not Brian. His honesty, integrity and standard of workmanship are unsurpassed and those traits are hard to find in contractors these days. His pricing is good, and he has always been very transparent with his numbers. His time-management skills could be improved, and sometimes the work takes longer than expected. However, I would choose to work with a man of character and excellent workmanship anyday over a guy who will compromise quality to maintain the schedule. A month or a year from now you won't remember the extra time it took to make your home absolutely perfect, you will simply appreciate the perfection and the experience of dealing with a knowledgable, honest contractor. We will call Brian again in a heartbeat.

After speaking with a number of potential contractors to do our bathroom renovation, we found Brian to be the most cost effective but more importantly, he gave us information and suggestions which left us feeling our project would be finished with expert ability and timelyness. As promised, Brian met our expectations and has given us a bathroom we absolutely love.

Brian recently finished renovating our main bathroom. We hired him because of his excellent rates and reputation. We really appreciate the time he took to explain our options as he progressed through the renovation. We are very happy with the job he did and will bring Brian back for any future renovations we need.

I selected Brian to do all of my home renovations due to the fact that he is knowledgeble, very exact in his work and trustworthy. I never have to worry about any unknown factors as Brian is a man who takes pride in his work and reputation.

I just had work completed by Brian and am very pleased with the excellent workmanship he completed. He took 3 door frames and made them to a standard size so I wouldn't have to order custom made doors. He left the place very clean. I'm just glad I established a business relationship with him so any future projects I have, I know exactly who to call. I truly was lucky I found Brian. I was nervous at first, but not from here on in. He's got a client for life. :)

Brian recently did a complete renovation of our powder room. He completed the entire job of tearing everything out, installing the tile and fixtures, and painting within one work week. His timely completion of this job was much appreciated by my entire family. Brian's work was top quality and the bathroom looks terrific now!

Brian has worked for me (and for a number of my neighbours) for more than two years. He is professional and reliable and a pleasure to deal with.
