“Built By Experts exceeded my expectations. When we did encounter an issue, as you do in large project, Simon resolved the matter promptly. In the end we did not have any issues that went unresolved. Built By Experts provided excellent ideas and advice throughout the project. I liked Simon’s direct communication and feedback on ideas. The project tracked to our budget and only deviated when we expanded scope. We didn't have any budget surprises. In several cases we changed plans and Simon was able to make the change without increases budget. Simon stands by the quality of the work and the materials used. We even had materials fail that Simon replaced over a year later. Without question I would refer Built By Experts to anyone considering a renovation of any size."

Built By Experts updated my kitchen and two bathrooms. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the results. Their workers are polite and professional and are responsive to any concerns. The design and supervising staff are also very professional and extremely helpful. While I think I know what I want, they offer valuable advice and assistance. I was so pleased with my updated kitchen (granite counters, glass backsplash, new island with matching granite) that I asked them to come back to update two bathrooms. I must add that I am extremely particular and focus on every detail. They accommodated me cordially and professionally! Thank for a great and smooth experience.

I wanted to inform you that the gentlemen that performed the work on my basement and bathroom were awesome! The first day they arrived they introduced themselves and let me know what would be going on. They arrived early each day and got right to work. I was very satisfied with the way they cleaned up everyday. They came in smiling and left smiling and I know working in my basement was not a fun job. They were more than kind and courteous. I actually enjoyed seeing them arrive in the mornings. The basement looks fabulous, I am very pleased with the care the team took in doing this job and the results I now have. I will recommend your company to others and I have to say it is because of the professionalism the gentlemen had throughout the process. You sent me a good and caring crew. Best renovation experience ever! I will hire Built By Experts for any additional renovations. They were incredibly professional (Mark and Simon were so respectful of my home and of any needs I had) and that goes for the entire team in every step of the process.
I now have an almost full house renovation and the master bath now looks and feels like a spa!
