We were moving offices and needed someone to come and clean the carpets after 2 years of use. Got a hold of Brain at Buzz Brite from a random internet search and boy was that a stroke of good luck. Brian was very accommodating with our timelines and even managed a late schedule change. Not only was their customer service top notch, turns out the work they do is pretty good too, the carpets look great!
Brian and Buzz Brite held the budget, was flexible on the schedule, and their customer service was some of the best I've seen in a long time, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Our home is approx 10 years old. After unsuccessfully trying to clean the grout myself I decided to call in the professionals. We chose BuzzBrite as they are local (Vernon) and the reviews on their site were excellent. Brian met with us on Monday and explained the process thoroughly. We received the quote within hours and we agreed to the service later that day. In scheduling we were looking at less than a week to have the service completed. Fortunately they had a cancellation and the service was completed the next day. The floors look fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend BuzzBrite to others and can confirm when the time comes to redo the cleaning process (approx 5 years from now)...my only call will be to BuzzBrite.

Every experience we have had with this company has been very professional. Bryan is a very personable person. He comes and does a walk through and discusses the plan. He sticks to the times of service he has given you and completes the job on time. They are very clean, when they are done there is no mess left behind. He gives his cell and you are able to call with any questions at any time, he is very prompt at returning your call.
We will continue to use this service.
