This review is long overdue. Brett and his team did an outstanding job renovating my bathroom into the vision I intended. They respected my home, cleaned up daily and were very professional. When I needed solutions, Brett was there to offer me his expertise. If I wanted something fixed or changed, no questions asked, Brett just did it. Although we had a long break due to covid, as soon as they were able to come back, they worked efficiently to get it done. Poor Mark probably didn’t want to look at another white subway tile after that lol! This was the first renovation my husband and I had done inside our home. The price was competitive and the workmanship stellar. Great bunch of guys to work with, will definitely call them for future projects.

Brett and his Team, did Sofit, downspout repairs, they also replaced old decking and our porch flooring with Tex eco decking and added new rails and a glass balcony. Amazing work from start to finish. Brett delivers hight quality workmanship and on-time, on budget. We are now having Brett and Team renovate our Bathroom this spring!! We highly recommend BWB Construction!! 10 stars!!!

I've used BWB for two projects and have been extremely happy with the results on both. Brett and his team are very personable, they communicate well and they do what they say they're going to do. Their prices are competitive with other contractors.

The workmanship on both projects was excellent, I couldn't find any flaws or mistakes, and everything looked the way I wanted it to. With the bathroom renovation they had suggestions throughout the process of how to improve the design and make the space more usable. They stuck to their time frames, with the exception of one delay caused by the COVID-19 lockdown - so not their fault!

Overall I would recommend BWB if you're looking for a trustworthy contractor with a lot of experience, who will work with you to create the space you're looking for.

As a recently growing family we wanted to upgrade a few rooms in our townhome for the purpose of resale. Given our busy work schedules, Brett was flexible enough to come over in the evening to quote the project. Project included tiling floors and showers (installing small subway tile looked tedious and turned out excellent!), shower lighting and installing of vanities and tubs in washrooms, drop ceiling, pot lights and drywall added to a laundry area in the basement, painting of entire main floor w/ high ceilings over stairs. Mark and Brett were able to complete it in a tight timeline and were very diligent to keep our home clean during and after their work. The finished had a worthwhile impact on the sale price of our home and will call them again when the need arises in our new home.
