We were so lucky and pleased to have Bobby as our renovations team, he got everything under control and budget wise working out great, giving me information by adding a force air heating to the house, it is so wonderful and warm now.
His teams had good workmanship and experienced.
We also thanks to his designer Sonia did such a wonderful job.
Bobby is a truly trusting builder who I would highly recommend to my friends and relatives.

BDC did renovations on my townhouse prior to me and my kids moving in. Bobby was very easy to deal with, took care of any issues immediately and was contentious of my budget. He was considerate to send me information on paint colors and current design trends.
Trades were professional and work was completed as promised.
My wish was to be settled in before Christmas and Bobby and his trades made it happen!

I have just opened up my dream chiropractic office with the help of Bobby and By Design Construction, and I couldn't be happier. From the start, the process was clear, informative and within budget. Our permit process and interactions with city hall went as smooth as ever and had no delays.
Our project was finished 2 weeks before schedule which was amazing. Bobby and his team were always on time and hassle free. The tradesmen were very efficient, reliable and clean which made our job much easier.
