Do not use this company. Used this company to install a brand new dishwasher at my brand new house. The dishwasher leaked on the first day causing damage to my fully finished brand new basement that we never got to use. They sent a contractor who repaired the damaged ceiling after a few weeks of reminders. It's been nearly 2 months with the floors removed and they are not responding. They do not have skilled technicians. They are scammers.

Stay away from this company. I called them on December 2021 to fix my oven. They came. They charged me $644 for diagnosis and parts. Then they left to bring the parts. Then they disappear and blocked my number.
We can sue them collectively.

Stay away from this company they will scam you. I was told that there was a service fee of 150$ and it's only charged if they don't fix your appliance. My microwave stopped working but I was confident they would fix it then waiving the service fee. The microwave needed a new door, after ordering the new door they tell me is 99$ for labor to install so I tell them they now owe me 50$ from the previous service fee I already paid. They tell me no, normally it's 250$ for labour costs and not 99$ so they are waiving the 150$ service fee/labour fee. I feel completely scammed. I don't know how such businesses stay in business. I'll definitely be calling my lawyer. I would give a negative review if I could. Stay away from this company!

I called the service to replace a defective door switch. The service technician (Leon) could not figure out how to access the inside of the simple dryer. After several minutes he found out how to access it, but unfortunately he did not have the right tools (he did not have sockets). So he left promising to call back once he gets the right tool and once he orders the switch (apparently he did not have the switch either...). What he brought though was his credit card terminal so he can charge me $120 (plus HST) for visiting me and telling me what I already told him I.e that the door switch was broken and needed to be replaced… It is not a joke…. He promised to call and come back to get it fixed. He never did. I eventually called Napoleon Appliance who came promptly and repaired for half the price what these guys were asking. Avoid this repair service. Incompetent and unprofessional.
