I hired this company on behalf of my In-Laws who are Senior Citizens. I organized the entire process with pricing etc. They finally completed the work as my wife and I were away on Holiday's. We were scheduled to be back in town a couple of days later. They proceeded to bill my In-laws directly over and above the agreed price and proceeded to 'up-sell' them on material and labour that was not remotely even necessary. Unfortunately they paid them and billed them approx. $850.00 worth of extras. When confronted, they simply refused to return emails and phone calls.
These guys are your typical scam artists with no ethics whatsoever taking advantage of Seniors plain and simple.
I would absolutely "NOT" recommend them. They were giving the chance to explain themselves but did not even have the professional curtesy to respond in anyway shape or form.
