Evan did a first class job installing LED "up" lights on our new deck canopy. He took control of the job, recommended the type and color of lights, showed u in situ examples of the choices available and then did a first class installation.
we are very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and he cleaned up after finishing the job.

| Warranty | Cactus Electrical Corp do hereby warrant all labour and materials, and work performed in conjunction with the referenced project are in accordance with the contract documents and authorized modifications thereto, and will be free of defects due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of 1 year. Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper material, and workmanship or arrangement, the defect, including adjacent work displaced, shall be made good by the undersigned at no expense to the Project Owner. The Project Owner will give Subcontractor written notice of defective work. Should Subcontractor fail to correct defective work within 60 days after receiving written notice, the Owner may, at his option, correct defects and charge Subcontractor costs for such correction. Subcontractor agrees to pay such charged upon demand. |
