I was very happy to have had Alex Callanan replace the roof on my house. It was a positive experience right from the initial quote. Alex was prompt and on time for all appointments, and was very responsive in getting back to us when we had questions about the quote and materials that were to be used. He walked us through the process of choosing our shingles and other materials for the job. He arranged for all materials to be delivered, including the dumpster. The job started on time and each day he made sure to get in touch with us about what work had been completed and what work would be undertaken the next day. He was very conscientious about ensuring the roof was always protected from any impending inclement weather. He was onsite every day and on the roof with his small crew doing a lot of the work himself. He also cleaned up the property very well once he was done, even returning after the dumpster was removed to sweep the driveway one final time. He also followed up with us a couple of times several weeks after the job to ensure there were no problems. Particularly after a week of windy, rainy weather.

I would highly recommend Alex as a roofer. He was very easy to deal with, constantly communicated with us during the whole process, and had a good attention to detail.
