Very professional from initial contact to invoicing.
Provided a quote, gave me an installation date and time, notified me who was coming by name with a photograph. Arrived promptly, gave me an estimate for the installation time,
did the job within that time and left everything clean and tidy. Very pleasant people throughout the company to deal with . Would highly recommend.

Brett is a skilled plumber who is efficient, friendly, punctual and affordable. On top of all that he's a genuinely "nice guy".
I would definitely recommend Callaway Plumbing to anyone else who is looking for a plumber who can do great work and is great to deal with.

Excellent. Fast. Efficient. No-nonsense service.
Brett answered the phone practically on the first ring and was able to provide an estimate over the phone based on the information I provided. I called 4 other plumbers, 1 of whom wouldn't provide an estimate, 3 gave estimates that were $300+ higher than Callaway's and 1 didn't answer the phone. I hired Callaway...
Brett apologised over the phone that he couldn't install it that day or the next but we arranged a time and day. On the day, a member of the Callaway team arrived on time and had replaced/installed the tank within the hour. Awesome work

Prompt reliable curteous reasonably priced service which came highly recommended to me and which I now use. I used them again recently for shower and toilet repairs this year. They were quick and efficient and fairly priced.
