Would recommend for carpentry work, but not electrical or concrete. Concrete had to be removed which ended up costing me to repour. Work took from May-October to complete as they kept trying to make the concrete work instead of noting that the Concrete Contractors stated that the only way it could be fixed was to remove and repour. Therefore, they agreed to remove it but I had to pay additional to repour. Electrical was not to code and ESA wouldn't approved so they had to hire another electrician to complete which they did. However, for some reason they have now ordered another construction disposal bin to my property when construction is fully complete. So this doesn't seem to end.
