We took on a full Reno of our 2 story house. We were told that we would take 12-13 weeks. And 13 weeks later we were moving back in. Carmax stayed on time and helped us through product selections that helped us end up with an end product that we couldn't be happier with. From all the suppliers, to our project manager and then all the trades on site, we were continuously impressed and our happiness with the finished product was always the goal. In the end, we are in love with our "new" house.

Had an IKEA kitchen installed and a complete kitchen renovation. there was little to no communication between the management and the contractor is causing lots of problems and gaps in services project ended up way over budget didn't feel that the company was very interested in my project couldn't get phone calls or emails returned. two years later I'm having problems with the electrical that was done and I can't get anyone to return my phone calls yet again.

We are very happy with the quality of work and the final costs. The estimated costs we received were broken down by detailed line items and that allowed us to take out the items we could do ourselves and save cost. The trades people that were brought on were on time, tidy and very courteous. Like any large reno work there were issues popping up here and there, but Carmax was able to handle them the best they could.

CarMax did an awesome job in providing, supervising and coordinating all the different trades and the materials for my kitchen, front and back entryways. The work was done within budget and in the timeframe promised, and all the workers were personable, polite and tidy as well as highly skilled. The site supervisor was wonderful to work with. I am completely satisfied with my beautiful kitchen and have asked CarMax to do the bathroom too.
