When I contacted Casa Bella I told them that I had a small order compared to some of their orders. German Rojas returned my call and told me that they were happy to fill my order.
German sent me a quote for the products and I was happy to sign with them since the
price was within my budget.
The installers came on the day they were scheduled and did a super job and left no mess inside or outside the house.
German called me after installation to make sure I was happy with the job and I could honestly tell him I was very pleased.
I would have no hesitation in recomending this company there work is excellant.
From the moment I made my contract with Sales Account Manager German Rojas it was a pleasure to deal with him personally and their company.
Because it was a large account we made numerous requests and they were always answered promptly and courteously.
Casa Bella was always very flexible in dealing with us and they are a very amicable Trade.
We were advised of a date that all of the windows would be delivered and as promised they were received on time and we were 100% satisfied.
We could only wish that all of our Trades were as courteous and professional and such a pleasure to deal with.
