Construction Casavia is specialized in the construction of high quality custom built houses and in general renovation with mid to high end finishes. We also build on the client's property especially in the West end of the Montreal, from Ville Saint-Laurent to Hudson-Saint-Lazare.

Our concept is based on assisting our client step by step in the development of his project from conception to the delivery plans of the house. The client deals directly with Mr. Shahara and therefore benefits from a personalized service.

Starting from a hand made sketch, a clip from a magazine or any other material presented by the client, the project takes shape with the help of our partner architects while always making sure that the client's needs are met. After several meetings, and once the client is completely satisfied, the plans are finalized. The client can also supply us with his own plans.

Our final price is determined by the details of the finishes suggested by the client. The construction contract is then written either on a turn-key base or on a cost plus percentage base- depending on the agreement that was made with the client. The contract comes with a detailed specification sheet. An amount from the budget is allocated to the kitchen cupboards, the bathroom vanities and the ceramic.

The Construction, under Mr. Sharara's supervision, is done with high quality materials supplied by well-renowned suppliers contractors and experienced, professional subcontractors. The client can choose the finishing materials as well as the colours. If previously approved plans and materials are changed during the construction, they will be charged or credited to the client based on cost plus a percentage.
