Paul was readily available as soon as we spoke, to fix the issue we were having with the intercom/buzzer.

CBM provided the service for over a year and we cancelled it because we wanted to return to a live in caretaker.
CBM provided good service and we had few complaints. The cleaners were always polite and cheerful and did a satisfactory job.
When other duties were require someone was here fairly quickly.
I think that if we had not wanted a live in caretaker, we would still be using CBM.

Requested painting of an apartment at a time sensitive duration between tenants. The work completed by CBM Services was very professional with excellent quality and done as per request for timing. The people at CBM were very easy to talk to and provided all the information needed ahead of time. Apartment was left in as clean as before they started. Overall very happy with the results.
