Regan was fantastic. he was introduced to us through a colleague of mine to do an inspection on an old house (1950s). He was great in his work. He knows older houses very well, and gave us many tips and ideas about what the issues are. He checked everything thoroughly and explained everything very clearly. He was ethican and honest and did not sugarcoat the issues, gave me detailed explanations of what the reasons, how I should fix them and how much it would cost me. I would definitely recommend him to whoever is looking for a reliable inspector.
