Well I had Certain Seal complete a full roof approx 5 years ago and I must say I was very happy with the results. They were fast, competitive in price and does come with a great warranty however have never had issues to see if it is worth the paper it was written on. All in all I would recommend them, but again that was the team 5 years ago.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of work and workmanship. They removed 5 vents and reused 1. Did not replace any others. Flat roof leaked 2 weeks after they finished. Still waiting for them to make repairs/restitution. Lawsuit pending.
