| Warranty | Warranty on parts provided by manufacture. Details via packaging & warranty cards for products. Labour warranty on Installation of new products 90 days. Installation issues always pop up right away. IE loose, leaking etc. We will adjust for no charge for this break in period. If the product fails this will be covered under the manufactures warranty. Issues not covered. - Scale build up - Grit,sand,scale caught in aerators. - Plugged drains due to hair, grease etc. - Servicing old/use/warn products. Ie replacing O-rings, seals etc will often fix the item however other items in the same fixture may start to go. I personally prefer to fix over replace however it's like an old car.. Fix the water pump then the thermostat goes, Fix the thermostat then the rad cap goes. Type thing. |
