Dale replaced my hot water tank. The job itself was done professionally. However, when he laid the boxed water tank on our hardwood floor and dragged it across, he severely scratched the floor. After getting a quote to repair he offered to reimburse me. The incident occurred on June 8, 2017. After several texts, which I still have he has decided to ignore me. Please go elsewhere when looking to have any plumbing or gas fitting work done.
To respond to Mr. hupkas post the customer has not provided me with an invoice from the company that performed the work nor has he provided me with an address or postal code for his residence. Yes I have ignored missed your hupka as the text you sent me I have been very disrespectful I don t mind paying but if I have no information it s somewhat hard to send a check.
