| Warranty | Chimney, Masonry, and Tile TO will cover defects in its workmanship, free of charge, for up to six months following work conducted under this agreement. This warranty goes into effect once payment by customer has been issued and received in full. This guarantee does not apply to material failure, regular wear and tear or any supernatural occurrences ("Acts of God"). Warranty repairs do NOT extend the length of the original six months from original work date. This warranty is void if customer or third party modifications are made. We’ll never charge you anything different from what we charge other customers. We stand by what we produce, and will guarantee all outcomes captured within a given statement of work. |
