Complaint: I regretfully recount my disappointing encounter as a subcontractor with this company. They failed to fulfill their obligations as per our agreement, resulting in significant project delays and an ill-prepared work site. Despite our attempts to accommodate the situation and even procure materials ourselves (although it was their responsibility), the contractor responded with anger and disrespect when we could no longer tolerate further delays.

To compound the issue, the contractor reneged on payment, leading to the suspension of the project and causing immense stress for the homeowner and our team. Their consistent delays, inability to adhere to the agreed-upon plan, and failure to make timely payments left the project in an incomplete state.

When we insisted on receiving payment before continuing work, the contractor resorted to threats and launched a smear campaign against us. They posted misleading reviews, falsely claiming our work was subpar and implying that this was the reason for withholding payment and suspending the project. However, the reality was that the project remained unfinished due to their consistent failure to pay on time and their repeated delays, which hindered our ability to complete the work.

Moreover, this company made baseless accusations against our company, suggesting that we had fabricated reviews when, ironically, it was their own company that engaged in such dishonest practices.

I strongly caution homeowners against hiring this company. Dealing with ill-prepared and unethical contractors can lead to legal complications and financial burdens. As for subcontractors, exercise caution before considering working with them. Our experience was marred by delays, disrespect, and non-payment, primarily because the contractor failed to uphold our agreement and adhere to timely payments. Their business practices are highly questionable and do not warrant trust. Be mindful of the challenges you may encounter if you choose to associate with them.
