I purchased a new home and wanted to get some painting, plumbing, and electrical done. Found Renomazing on bark.

Milton came to do the initial walkthrough, he seemed very rushed and not attentive to what exactly needed to be done. As a result not everything was captured correctly on the quote.

Most of the house required painting. Overall it was a sloppy job, things not properly filled and sanded, paint on the floor and in the sink. My floor was also badly scratched from the workers dragging things across it.

They try to cut corners by using family members instead of certified tradesmen. As a result the electrical outlets were never checked and repaired in my basement. I also had shower issues that were not properly addressed.

I told Milton that I would make the final payment once my plumbing issues were dealt with. He agreed to send a plumber but it may cost more. I did not agree to this as this is something that I had specified in the walkthrough and it should have have been fixed to begin with by an actual plumber. When the plumber showed up we reiterated we did not want any work done if it required extra payment. He made a call and began work so I figured everything was settled. Then a few days later I get another invoice. How can they charge when we specifically didn't authorize it?

In any case they do not care about the customer or quality. Only about billing you for anything they can.

We reached out to Renomazing to finish our unfinished basement. Milton and Billy (Henry) listened to all our requirements and got to work straight away with their family, who were also just as talented and dedicated as they are. They were very flexible and accommodated changes along the way. Their only goal was to ensure we were happy clients, which we definitely are - in fact we've now become friends through this project. We highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for some high quality work and help in this area.

I always said I would finish my basement when I won the lottery. I wanted an art studio and a cat rescue room but it seemed like such a huge task, I didn't think I could manage it. One day, for the heck of it, I thought I would get an estimate, "just for fun" because I really had no idea how much it would cost. Milton came first and gave me a detailed affordable and doable plan to get my dream realized. I was really impressed with his professionalism and can do attitude. Ofcourse, did my due diligence and got some more quotes but I went back to Renomazing because not only did they provide the most detailed quote, they were willing to be flexible with my plans so I could afford it RIGHT NOW, not just when I won the lottery.

The whole thing took less than a month and I really liked the contractors on Miltons team. They all seemed like they had really good customer service skills and be skilled at their trade. Usually you get one or the other but not both so I felt lucky. Milton worked with me through the whole process making sure and concerns or issues I had got handled quickly and efficiently. For reference, I had a completely unfinished basement to start with. I now have an art studio (excellent lighting thanks to the electrical team), a fancy utility washroom, and my favorite, a spacious kitten sanctuary. I am enjoying my dream come true, thanks to Renomazing. You hear so many horror stories when it comes to contractors, I didn't know who to trust. I am so glad I chose right.

I had Cianna’s Renovation to do baseboards on our basement and we couldn’t be more happy.. our baseboards look amazing. They are very professional, go over and above, very clean. Henry's team finished my basement from scratch, they did all the work themselves and we were surprised with the results, they also accommodated some of our special requests and a couple of last minute changes, delivered everything with the highest quality and even painted a couple of walls on the top floor. The reason I hired them is because they were very honest from the beginning and recommended some very good options. Highly recommended.

Cienna's was a fantastic company to deal with for our home painting project. It's nice to deal with a contractor that does what it says they will do! Henry of Ciennas Renovations Ltd. renovated and modernized our 37 year old house. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism. He and his crew did an excellent job. They worked tirelessly, were efficient, neat and polite. They worked to a high standard and were not satisfied until each component of the renovation was accurately finished. We continued to live in the house while the renovation was in progress, so I was pleased that at the end of day, the floors were swept free of dust and debris, tools were neatly packed into a small corner and all garbage was removed. Throughout the renovation, Henry provided useful advice about material and color choices. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire him again and would highly recommend him.

Ciennas did a very good job. They came to visit my place, had great ideas for the project and did a very good estimate.

They were on time and within our budget.
