I contacted Edin back in Feb 2023 for a quote which I received within 24h. After reviewing with a few friends they felt like to was too costly and suggested that I shop around. What was costly was the mistake I made hiring an unprofessional contractor they gave me the runaround for weeks. I then recontacted Edin and he was gracious enough to accept my project and worked on his days off to get the job done. This is 1000% his wheel house, coupled with his customer centric focus you can not go wrong.

Edin responded promptly to my request for a quote to upgrade my panel from 100 to 200 amps. Due to various delays on my end, the work occurred a few months after the original quote, but Edin honoured the original quote. Though it wasn't the cheapest, it was in line with other estimates I received and I preferred to go with someone who was sure about what needed to be done and how he would do it. (It was a very tight space between a basement window and a wall, and the 200 amp panel takes up more space.) Additional work was needed to extend some existing wires that were too short and didn't reach the new panel - this was done by way of installing a couple of junction boxes in the small space, at no extra charge. There was a huge amount of work involved and the result is extraordinarily neat and professional...including custom printed breaker labels that he made on a portable label maker before he left! We purchased a 110 year old home in Guelph and needed some upgrades. When we contacted various electricians, they were all too busy. When we contacted Edin he immediately took an interest and came promptly to size up the work and quote. He was insistent to make sure we understood what he was doing and why. The work was done quickly and very professionally. We now have an electrician we can count on and trust!

We were in the middle of getting a deck replaced and discovered we didn't have an outside outlet that worked. So we called and wondered if he would have time to check them out and they made time that afternoon to fix them. One was unsafe so they replaced that one and fixed the other one as well. The deck didn't have to be put on hold because they were so fast. They were fast and it was done right. Thanks

Highly recommend City Electric. This afternoon(10/14/22) I noticed a problem in the wall where a dual plug sits. I saw a "flash" immediately shut all home power off. I was lucky to have called here. I talked with Edin at 3:30 on a Friday Everything was all fixed by 6pm. He was very kind & considerate(I was bit upset thought house was going to catch fire) I am so grateful to have had this company here.
