Timeline of our interactions with them :
-Called in November 2021 informed of a broken washing machine
-December 2021 a tech came and said he had to order a part.we paid 250$
-Feb 2022 we call and are told the part is still not in
- March we call and are told the part is not in
- April we call and are told the part is still not in
- May 5th we call, please just come fix the washing machine, or issue us a refund. They say a manager will call in 2 business days. (A week goes by, nothing)
- may 12th- I left a Google review & called to see if the manager was in and they asked for my invoice # and when I gave it to them they said we cancelled our order. I said !? No! We can't cancel. We need a refund if the part isn't in, or for someone to come fix it if it is. She said ok I'll have someone call you back.
- they called back, apologized and said he can come fix it may 14th.
- he showed up, and we FINALLY, after 6 months have a working washing machine - and we figured we wouldn't have to pay any more considering the hoops we have jumped through with this company. He asked we delete the review I said ok.
- this evening, same day the guy was here, when we have now received 2 calls, an email AND a text, saying we owe them at least 150$ more, and threatening to send it to collections or come remove the part.
Are you joking?!
A) why would we give you more of our money when your company messed up with this account. And b) it's funny how we haven't heard from them in 6 months when we had paid them, but now they say we have an outstanding balance and they prove they are capable of communicating just fine.
I called today and Vlad demanded money, threatening to send the bill to collection.

Dear Ken Hardman and Shannon,
We went to Ken Hardman residence on May 14.2022 to fix your washer and the repair was done and tested.
Ken Hardman and Shannon decided not to pay for the repair and the remainder balance because they were waiting for the parts to long. We then reduced the labor cost but Ken Hardman was still was not satisfied with the resolution we offered.
We left the residence and send them an invoice with the payment instructions.
At this point we can tell that Ken Hardman and Shannon trying to take advantage of the system.
Today May 16.2020 Shannon called we tried to collect for the remainder balance but all our attempts failed. We explained Shannon that our services are not free and the due balance must be paid so we can close the work order on our end. Unfortunately we will have to forward Ken Harman invoice to a department that deal with this type of issue.

We were told our cold water valve was leaking. It was replaced and did not address our problem and we were told we now needed a hot water valve to fix our washer when in fact it was plumbing. We are in the process of addressing our problem with the plumbing but we shouldn't pay for a part that did not need to be replaced as it did not fix our problem. Unfortunately we were guided in a direction by Elite appliance that did not address our problem and it lead to a major problem. I have tried to contact someone on numerous occasions and did not hear back. When I finally got a call I spoke to a very disrespectful person who was unwilling to listen and would not accept any fault.
Called Elite after my friend suggested, I had another company work on my fridge but they were not able to fix it so I was very nervous about having 2 appliances worked on. The technician that came was very good my fridge works like new again and my washer is running perfect. I am very happy with the job they did and the service I received overall. I definitely recommend this company! It's worth spending for people who know what they are doing.

This firm is a sham. They charge for parts that are unnecessary while diagnosing a problem and if the problem is not rectified they take your $$ and run.
Their technician came in and charged me over $500 and broke the lid switch on my machine.
My machine is in worse condition now than it was before they came. They refuse to return and repair the damage

We are really sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your washer at the present moment. We have tried to come up with a few solutions and repeatedly tried to fix your machine.
First, we would like to go over a few facts of the job. On the first visit of our technician came to your home, he found the washing machine had been disassembled to try to self diagnose/fix. Our technician did not do any repairs on this day but only made a diagnoses and ordered parts, a transmission, to try to repair the problem of a "washer not spinning properly". The total for this portion only, including labour was $504.00. Once the transmission was installed you called us to let us know the machine was not working properly. A few attempts were made by us to contact you, some voice mails left as well as unanswered calls. You finally did call us back and we were finally able to communicate with you and able to send out another technician to do a follow-up on the problem. The second technician noted your machine needed a few more parts; the door switch was broken (we are unsure if this was done by our first technician or at the original time the machine was disassembled), a clutch and agitator dogs.
Unfortunately to order parts there is always a fee and this was something you did not agree with and/or did not want to pay as you believed the $504 would cover everything. The technician did let you know of these other fees at the time. As you mentioned our technician did do a bypass on the trigger to allow you to temporarily continue using your machine, so that you would not feel as though you were left unable to use it. You again called us back and at your request, we sent out a third technician to diagnose your machine, and the conclusion was the same, the parts noted above were needed for your machine to be fully operational. On this visit our technician noted you were not home, only a roommate. Our third technician at the time also sent us a video to show us the machine was operational, however it was with a bypass. All three of our technicians that we have sent to your home have no less than 10 years experience (each) First technician is actually a red seal journey man in AB, our second technician is certified and has been in the industry for more than 27 years and the last technician is also certified with 12 years of experience. This is not something we need to tell you, however we felt was necessary so that you could understand the combined knowledge we have sent to your home.
We have offered to continue with the job which unfortunately requires more parts to make it fully operational, we have offered to give you back a partial refund; both which you have refused. Again we go back to were telephone tag was played and a telephone conversations were you stated you will record everything from now on and no longer wanted to speak with us.
The issue now is this: you have a machine which you have stated is nonoperational, contrary to the video we have of our last visit. You do not want to speak with us and are making unreasonable demands, are threatening us with going to court meanwhile we have been trying to somehow work with you.
We are sorry to hear you are feeling so overwhelmed with the current situation and assure you we are trying to work with you.
At this point, because it has come to this situation; we again would like to offer you a partial refund for the original $504 that you paid for the transmission and labour, and as well to show good faith, we will send you the remaining necessary parts to your address needed to repair your machine. However, we unfortunately cannot send our technicians, you will need to find other means.
