Alex has been our go to plumber for several years now. As always, on this occasion Alex was responsive to our call reaching out from out of town and arranging to provide service immediately on his return. True to his word Alex arrived with an assistant and had our problem totally resolved in an hour and a half. All our sinks and tub are draining properly now. Alex also always takes the time to provide explanations and tips to prevent recurrence. I would highly recommend him.

Alex was very professional and quick in solving the broken pipe joint where he fixed the pipe by only opening the required small portion of ceiling, I really appreciate his honest and reasonable and reliable service.

My drain it was backing up in my basement. I found City Rooter Plumbing and Drain online and I call them right away. Alex arrived in short time, he did camera inspectin and show me the problem (trees roots), second day Alex and his team fix my drain very professional and clean. I'm very satisfied with company service and highly recommend to everyone.
