for there customer service, they don't even deserve one star. It's been over4 months that it took for them to complete stairs, but that's not even the real problem. The problem is that they don't like answering calls, but they text you only back. They say we are coming on a certain day, and no one shows up or calls. Then they have excuses. Its still is an on going battle for them to come in and fix the stairs that are noisy when I walk up and down. So much more but bottom line is I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, there are so may other company's that are willing to do the job. IT's ridiculous. Trust me, you will regret. If Hensel is reading, I've been waiting all day for Carlos to come, from last week you promised, I missed an entire day. That is just simple bad service. today is June 8/15

City stairs was contracted by us to build a custom stair case this summer. They were very knowledgable and skilled in their work. My stairs were on time and the quality was top grade. I would highly recommend.
