We had the pleasure to have Matt and Anthony do some work on our house. They were conscientious and worked clean. They were very respectful and did an amazing job on both the roof and the deck. They took the time to do it right, sanding it down, prepping and painting. They did such a good job another neighbour has already hired them and a second is in the process. Their pricing was more than fair and the quality above average. I would not hesitate to utilize them again in the future for any other related work.

I was pleased throughout my experience with Clark Painting. They were sure to communicate with me during the entire process and paid close attention to detail. The end result of my home is even better than what I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a job done on time and above expectations.

The Clark Inc. boys did a fantastic job on my living room and kitchen paint jobs. I am in the middle of renovating the house, and it has been a pain to find trustworthy and responsible contractors who are efficient with their work. Luckily my friend referenced me to Clark Inc. and they absolutely transformed my living room and kitchen! They were friendly and professional and provided me with lots of suggestions and recommendations on the color and theme of my living space. I definitely will be referring to them again if I ever need more home renovations!

The painters did a really great job!! I am very happy with the work and how much the guys focused on the details. I really didn't realize how bad my previous paint job was until I saw the differences in this one. All the walls are very consistent and the deck looks brand new.
I will definitely use Clark Inc. again and will recommend Brad and his crew to my friends.

Clark Inc. specializes in interior and exterior painting, concrete, and deck and fence construction.
Anthony Italiano is a hands-on artist who has an eye for design and who has an incredible mind for solving problems. He has worked in concrete for years and is now applying everything he's learned to Clark Inc. as the Chief of Operations.
Bradley Doering is a Commerce graduate from Queen's University, who handles the accounting and marketing for Clark Inc. as the Executive Officer. Him and his brother, Matthew Doering, began painting their neighbors' houses in high school and since then have become professional painters and renovators in the city as Clark Inc.
Matthew Doering is an engineer who studied at Mohawk College and who has worked for the city negotiating permits and contracts, and as a private contractor in Hamilton for years. He does consultations about how projects should be done as our Chief Advising Officer.
As a team, Anthony, Brad, and Matt are committed to the highest quality of work. Clark Inc guarantees their work for 1 year (see our guarantee) and have $2,000,000 in liability insurance as well as WSIB coverage. Currently, they manage a mix of both commercial and residential projects.

| Warranty | The work conducted by 1970784 Ontario Corp. hereby referred to as Clark Inc. will be warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of commencement of use, substantial completion or date of notice of completion, whichever is the first to occur. This Standard Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows: 1. To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner named above. 2. To the work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse. 3. To the work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others. 4. That contractor be immediately notified in writing within ten (10) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent. 5. That contractor shall be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective construction at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time. 6. Under no circumstances shall contractor be liable by virtue of this warranty or otherwise for damage to any person or property whatsoever for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages of any nature however arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect. |
