Clearview Home & Property Inspection

We had a great experience with Clearview. In this market it's hard to find quality companies that do good work at a fair price. I think we've hit the jackpot here. We hired Clearview based on the great reviews here on trusted pros and they certainly have lived up to their reputation. Work was completed as discribed and the home inspection report was very thorough. We would definately recommend this company.

Everything was very well explained. Tom walked us through what he will be doing and answered all of our questions. He was very patient and made sure he did a thorough inspection. Tom took his time and went through every detail with us. He pointed out all the major things we need to keep in mind as well as the minor. The report was excellent, everything was documented and explained well.

Tom is a very knowledgeable home inspector and very easy to work with. He has planned his inspection in 3 phases and I really liked his approach as this allows him to do a very thorough inspection of the house. He took his time during the appointment to walk us around the house to show us his findings. His report is also very detailed with prioritization of things to improve. Tom has exceeded my expectation of how much I can learn from just a home inspection. Would definitely recommend

From the very first call to them to them I know I have found the best. They were very thorough and professional. I learned soo much from them during the process. I never trust online reviews, I have always believed the majority of them are fake, written by paid marketers, and I usually only write reviews if I've had a bad experience, but this guy impressed me enough that I feel he deserves a bit of my time.....Tom came out to do an inspection of a new home purchase for me in Toronto.....what an incredibly wonderful guy, approachable, very detailed and thorough inspection, he let my hubby and I ask tons of questions (many of which weren't related to the actual inspection) but which he made every effort to answer anyway to the best of his ability. He explained everything to us in laymans terms and let us know which issues were serious and which ones were normal wear and tear, he was very respectful, and very knowledgeable. He's just a very kind and likable human being...and I think that made a huge difference for us because through this process of purchasing a new home and planning renovations we have run into a lot of dishonorable and deceitful and conniving people, but this guy renewed my faith in humanity...which is why I'm actually taking time to write a review. I know all home inspectors follow the same process but it's this guys character and personality that makes him different, just very patient and understanding guy.
