I cannot speak highly enough of Justin and his team. They go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. They show you exactly what went wrong and the best way to fix it. The end product is always top-notch and I wouldn't hesitate for a second for using them for work. If more projects come up they will be my first contact. I've had at least 4 experiences with their team and every experience has been positive. They take the stress away when something goes wrong with your home. You're in good hands if you decide to use them for your next project.

After our home builder incorrectly installed our upstairs shower, our house had MAJOR water damage and black mold. I called Cobra Construction and they were able to work with my insurance company to ensure everything was paid for.

We stayed in a hotel while Cobra Contracting handled all the mold removal, they gutted the basement and completed a new bedroom for my infant child in a timely manner and worked to completely bring to life my vision for a baby girls bedroom.

With the babies room finished they moved on to rebuilding the bathroom which caused my water issures. They completely rearranged the bathroom to better suit my liking, redid tiling and ensured my bathroom would never leak again.

They then moved to the basement rebuild, which was no small job. They completely gutted and remade my basement better then before, while fixing mistakes made by the home builder.

They were also able to reccomend a lawyer for taking legal action against the home builder.

Very professional, easy to work with and not afraid to go the extra mile to ensure a happy customer - even though I hired Cobra to fix my basement, they also fixed my backyard fence!

Justin was great to deal with and came up with different options including a cost-effective solution to our problem. Stayed right on budget and even when there was a minor set back (there was a crack in a small part of the frame) he came back again to fix it himself to make it look nice without me even having to mention it. I’m really happy with the work and how nice it looks and how clean they were. Justin gives great recommendations and explains all the whys and how’s behind what they are doing and I appreciate that. I really feel I can trust him in telling me if something didn’t quite go as planned and/or they need to do something else to make sure everything is done correctly. ... Instead of just saying it’s all good and leaving. This is someone you can trust to be straightforward about any issues etc. If I need more work I would definitely hire him again! Thanks again Justin

A friend referred me to Cobra Contracting for a basement developement I was planning. They were able to provide me with the complete development from start to finish. They provided me with an engineered drawing, got the permits, did all of the plumbing and electrical and completely finished my basement. They also installed new gas lines and a heater in my garage. I was very satisfied with all of the services they provided and would recommend Cobra Contracting to anybody who’s looking for professional work at very reasonable prices.

I had these guys come out and replace the old shingles on my home. They also replaced the roof board because it was starting to rot from some leaking. They had it all ripped off, replaced and cleaned up in 3 days. I also asked them to fix my parging that was slowly cracking and falling off. Everything looks great and it was done under my expected budget. Highly recommend!

These guys have been great! Just last year we had our house redone from floors to doors, and it was a smooth process!

The clean up and paint work was phenomenal.

Justin is just a great to communicate with, which helps immensely when dealing with a renovation.

Quality work completed on time and within the original budget. Very respectful of my home and made sure the tile placement and new baseboards matched my vision. Came back within a week to replace the silicone as I didn't like the original silicone color without addition charges.

I hired Justine from cobra contracting/Edmonton paint professionals initially to address a problem in my basement, cold & pests were entering. They completely disassembled, reunsulate & rebuilt my basement wall with proper weather proof insulation, foam& vapour barrier. My electrical cabinet was also rebuilt using all of the same material & now, the cold no longer gets in. They also did some other maintenance to my property such as replacing all the toilet, plumbing & replacing a bath room sink. Installing all the shut off valves and removing the dated ceiling fan from the living room & replacing it with another light fixture on the same project. I also had them rip out & replace my old carpet & linoleum with luxury vinyl floor & refinish the dated Oakes cabinets & install back splash. Not only was I more than happy with the result but when I came to view the property for a walk through, they surprised me with brand new colour matching paint in the kitchen for free.

I am very happy with their service & I am planning on hiring them again for any projects I need done.

Justin was great to deal with. I had gotten myself in over my head on a home renovation project. Justin came out to provide a quote quickly and was able to start the job sooner than I expected which was amazing!The final price was a little higher than quoted, but the materials had to change "on the fly" so I was ok with that. Nothing is square in an old house and they did a great job building the new wall. The room looks great and has never been warmer (with the additional insulation added).

EPP came in and re painted my nightmare kitchen cabinets. I originally thought I was going to have to replace them, they came in with a fair price and did a great job fixing them. I would use them again for sure!!
