Bryan and his team, Mitch and Mike, did work for me in October 2019 lifting the level of my garage floor, as well as some concrete patching. From the beginning, Bryan was very professional. When he came to assess my situation he spent a lot of time answering my questions, and continued to do so in subsequent phone calls. I was impressed by his integrity as he did not push for the job, reassuring me that nothing horrible would happen to my foundations (my big fear!) if I left things as they were. Unlike many of his competitors, he e-mailed me a written estimate right there on the spot at a competitive price. He honoured this quote at job completion. He and his team did not appear to rush as they worked around various complications that arose, and worked with me patiently and cooperatively in patching my concrete porch as well. I would recommend Bryan and his professional congenial team anytime!.

Almost all concrete driveways and walkways will eventually sink over time. This can be due to excess water, improper compaction and simply the weight of the cement. This produces uneven concrete which causes a tripping hazard, creates an unaesthetic curb appeal and can cause potential water damage as uneven concrete can direct water towards the building s foundation.
When this happens, there are 2 options: Replacing existing concrete,(very expensive), or raise and level existing concrete.(less than half the price), plus it can be done in a day with little or no mess.
There may be some circumstances where the concrete cannot be lifted and therefore replacement would be necessary. Concrete Experts is trained and experienced in both lifting and replacing and can provide an estimate for either service.
