We weren't sure if our roof was leaking, so we called Construction Works for an assessment. They inspected our roof and reassured us that the water marks were probably old. They suspected our roof was replaced by the previous house owner after the old leak. They gave us some additional helpful information and left without charging a fee for the assessment. We appreciated their expertise and honesty.

We asked Matt to check the roofs on our house (which we knew had issues) and on our large outbuilding. He was honest with us and told us the outbuilding could use some slight repairs to help the water run off more efficiently, but that the roof was in good condition and didn't need replacing. He gave us a fair price on the roof of the house and was able to complete the job within our (rushed) time frame, as we were about to put the house up for sale. He and his crew were pleasant and professional: no loud music blaring, care taken to ensure everyone's safety, site cleaned up daily. We would definitely call them again.

I found Construction Works in the yellow pages with a five star when calling for quotes on my roof and garage. Matt from Construction Works was as pleasant, nice, honest person, as he appears. As he quoted the price for roofing on house and garage, which was cheaper than the other quotes, by far. What he had written on the quote that they were going to do they have done and a tremendous job. The workers were all friendly, hard workers and made the house and garage look brand new again. Many compliments from the neighbor's who are going to get construction works to do their's also when the time comes.
