Bruce did an outstanding job for my office fit out! He met every deadline and expectation. I am particularly impressed with the sound proofing that he installed.

We would recommend Bruce and Coogee Construction for any and all renovations. We will be using Bruce again for out bathroom renovations later this year.

Coogee Construction was fantastic in taking care of everything from start to finish in our basement renovation. Being a new home, the basement was unfinished, and the process was quick, and efficient. Any questions were answered quickly, and I felt confident in our choice to use Coogee from start to finish. Bruce completed a renovation of our 1964 split level home. He did an outstanding job for us! There was never a moment when we didn't know what was going on in our home. He provided prompt and accurate answers to any questions we had. He was able to bring to life the vision we had for our home. He is a contractor who is honest and straightforward! He has a network of proficient trades people to complete the project, from tiling to plumbing and electrical. We would never consider using any other contractor for a future renovation.

Bruce was our project manager/contractor for what turned out to be a major, year long job to remodel our 7500 sq ft house, originally built in the early 1980's. The project started with repairing/replacing the exterior wood siding, decks, roof and the replacement of all of the windows, then expanded to a complete remodelling of the interior including all electrical, plumbing (kitchen and 6 bathrooms), walls (removal of wallpaper and repaint, restore cedar panelling) and flooring(hardwood, slate and carpet).

We are extremely pleased with the work Bruce and his subcontractors did and we love our "new" house. Bruce is a pleasure to work with, he is an extremely hard worker, very honest and absolutely trustworthy. He managed all of the logistics and coordination of work between sub contractors which required a lot of communication, negotiation and persistence! Bruce looked after our house as if it were his own, made sure it was cleaned up and secured every day before he left. Any issues were resolved quickly and billings were timely and well documented. There were no problems that Bruce was not able to find a solution for!

We would highly recommend Bruce & Coogee Construction to anyone considering a project of this magnitude.

I cannot say enough good things about Bruce from Coogee Construction. Bruce developed a completely empty 1000 space into a stunning psychology practice. He built five offices, a reception area, a kitchen and staff room and completely remodeled the bathroom.

He was very thorough with the job and took special care to meet our sound proofing requests. He made the custom cabinetry himself, sourced and found the exact type and style of paint we wanted (not any easy thing,) and got the entire job done with 100% dedication and care. The last thing I will mention about Bruce, is that he is very fair, and was helpful in suggesting alternatives when quotes for what we had dreamed up came in too high.

I cannot recommend Bruce highly enough. In fact, if we ever build again, it'll be Coogee Construction doing it.

Renovated 1996 house wth 1640 ft2 on main floor of bungalow. Main floor new hardwood throughout, new granite, new cabinets, relocate old cabinets to basemnt, remove load bearing wall between kitch and family room, main bathroom removed tub and installed tiled shower, tiled mudroom. In basement (was unfinished) installed 2 bedrooms with larger windows, 2 storage rooms, bar area with cabinets, pool room, bathroom with tiled shower, TV room with gas fireplace. Removed load bearing post in basement. Carpeted basement and stairwell total finished in basement 1400 ft2

Very happy with the quality of the work that was done and job site was clean during construction. Provided good input and advice when asked for. Job was completed on time. Minor changes were made and oversights fixed without issues Stuck to agreed price and no surprises. Was referred to Coogee by my wifes parents who were also happy with their basement renovation. Great decision to go with Coogee as contractor and if I ever do something like this again I will use Coogee.

We hired Bruce of Coogee Construction to finish our basement. The job was completed on time and with excellent quality, as promised. He offered several practical suggestions to our design, and any changes to the original plan were quickly communicated to us for our approval.
