COSTA CAULKING....plain and simple was absolutely FANTASTIC and fairly priced by comparison. After doing research and getting quotes from three (3) Company's....there was no Comparison. I won't get into "slamming" the other Company's that provided quotes, what I will tell you is this. Kevin dealt with me by email and on the phone, he was gracious and was very transparent. He provided all the reasons why to remove the old caulking and proceed with new. He explained every step of the process, he re-assured me that none of his installers were "sub-contracted", everyone who installs works for the Company. He highlighted the product they use "Dow-Corning" and then sold me on his Installers. I deal with a lot of the Trades and as everyone knows, the Trades are jacking prices and taking advantage of the COVID situation....this was not the case with Costa. The installers showed up right on time, they took 20 minutes to get set up and then the proceeded exactly how Kevin Costa told me they would. They start at 8:00am, finished my house at 2:20, then proceed to my sons house and finished there by 7:00pm. When they were gone......you could never tell that any work was done, every area they worked was positively spotless. I was fortunate to the have the Father / Son team of Armando and Armando.....super polite, extremely respectful and they worked as a tandem with a lot of care and diligence. If the trades I deal with worked like these two, then my life would be a lot less stressful. I would strongly recommend Costa Caulking to everyone who needs this service. I am that guy when it comes to Customer Service.....when I experience great service...I tell everyone....when I experience bad service.....I tell everyone. I would like to thank David at Costa Caulking for sending Rob out yesterday to caulk around "ONE" new window in my house.
I had called other caulking companies with no response. It is very difficult to find a professional company to take the time to do one window however Costa was there for us!
