Jamie Laurin was such an amazing contractor. There is nothing bad that we could say about Jamie’s work or Jamie as a person. We had a very tight budget and schedule and Jamie worked with us to meet that budget and finished early he did not try to up sell us on anything.Jamie kept us updated on the progress and any issues that arised and a solution. We are very pleased with Jamie and will be using him again in the near future on a basement Reno.

Jamie Laurin of CSC Renovations made our experience of living on site while undergoing a large project less stressful and enjoyable. He and his staff were always very pleasant and courteous. Jamie always kept us informed about what was going on and explaining the plan going forward into the project. Our renovation was extending the back of the home by 16 feet deep by 40 feet long with a full poured foundation. CSC built a sunroom with a cathedral ceiling, extended kitchen, a new master bedroom with ensuite and also a new main floor bathroom. The basement portion includes a bedroom, laundry room and space for an office. This was all done within the amount of time promised and within budget!

Jamie stepped through the cost, and procedure so I knew exactly what was going on, and was always present to answer any questions I had about the project. The project was on schedule and completed within a few days, and the job site was well maintained and cleaned once they were finished. Very professional and knowledgeable in their skill sets, I would definitely hire CSC again for my next renovation.

Major renovation undertaken - reconfiguration of two areas of the house, ceilings, walls, floors, electrics, painting. New fireplace, demolition and remodel of walls and new kitchen, powder room staircase and spindles.

CSC Renvovations (Jamie and his team) did an excellent job of rebuilding the two story exterior/interior wall on the front part of our house. A slow leak, likely over 10 yrs or more, due to improper installation of previous 2nd floor large window, by previous home owner, lead to significant rot and some mold throughout front wall. The wall was completely rebuilt by CSC Renovations, replacing all damaged and moldy areas with new wood, wall, insulation, etc. I appreciated both the quality of work and the promptness of Jamie and his team. He arrived each day as planned. I also very much appreciated that due to delay in a large contract he was waiting for, he was able to get his team organized and start within a day after our meeting...as I was also in a hurry.
