Da Maren Renovations came in to remove a wall and closet to open up our kitchen/living room as we prepared for a new kitchen.
Firstly the team are wonderful; punctual, hardworking and always did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.
Communication was great, kept me in the loop with next steps, and updates.

We highly recommend Damaren Renovations! From our first meeting with Grant to the completion of the project we felt confident that we had chosen the right contractor and team! Grant listened to our requests and understood what we were looking to achieve in our home. He has a natural ability to work in partnership with his clients by being open to customer ideas and preferences whilst providing sound advice and alternate suggestions in a respectful manner. The whole team were equally as pleasant and professional to work with whether on site or in the office; any questions we had along the way were quickly answered/resolved. The project began soon after our initial meeting with Grant and was completed within a reasonable time frame. The quote was reasonable for the volume and high quality of work completed. Overall pleased with the renovation which took place over three to four weeks. Jeremy and Ag were very skilled and worked extremely well together. The Tiler did a good job tiling the new bathroom. However, he needs to be more careful where he deposits his waste. I really appreciated getting the Reno done within a few weeks after meeting with Grant. Grant was on our site almost every day making certain that the job tasks were getting done. I did not get along very well with the software program but we worked around it by communicating with email and phone. I would use it for seniors who may not have techie skills or the hardware to use the program. I have provided Grant with my position about costs that were not identified within the budget, such as major plumbing differences. In closing, I would be most pleased to recommend Damaren to other family and friends.

Thank you so much for your review. We are happy that we were able to get your project completed quickly, and withing your tight timeline requirements. Unfortunately, sometimes when homeowners are in a hurry to have the job quoted and completed, we are unable to obtain pricing from our subcontractors prior to them completing the work. When this happens, we provide our customers with a "Budget Price" in order to give the homeowner an idea of what the completed cost will be, however at times this can end up costing more than homeowner was expecting. We always do our best to stay on time and on budget, but also try meet try to meet other customer requirements, such as timelines.

We were very happy with the work done in both our projects. Grant was up front about what was possible, costs involved and timelines to complete the work. Both projects were completed professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. We did experience a couple of problems with the bathroom but both were the responsibility of subcontractors and not in Grant’s control. I would not hesitate to use Grant for future projects.

Da Maren Renovations did a remodelling of the first floor in my house and my upper bathroom. The work, which included a new kitchen, removal of a wall and new floors, started on time and was completed on schedule on budget! I was very happy with the finals results.

We have used Grant for numerous things from as large as our roof to flooring and other repairs and there is no other person we trust in our home to do excellent quality work. We rely on his expertise and will only use him in the future. We HIGHLY recommend him.

I had a few companies quote to complete my basement, but Da Maren renovations were the company that I felt most comfortable with.
The scope included a fully finished basement and a 3 piece bathroom.
Chris Da Maren and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job. They completed the work on schedule and budget with no extras. I had them complete a few other odds and ends around the house as well. The labourers were courteous each day entering the house with a sleeping newborn baby and a friendly dog. Their subtrades (plumber and electrician) were also very friendly and did a great job!
We are very satisfied with the service and will be using Da Maren Renovations again in the future!
