Dale was always accommodating and ready with good suggestions on how to best to renew our ensuite bathroom. The work which he completed was superb. He is very skilled. We are very proud to show off the renovations to curious family members and friends. I would gladly recommend him to anyone planning such a project.

Dale was a very punctual and meticulous contractor. He answered all my questions in a more than appropriate time. I was aware of everything that way being done before he began and was always comfortable leaving him in my house unattended. When he had completed his work for the day my house was tidy and all his tools were neatly put away in the location we had discussed.

We encountered a minor issue due to a previous contractor which Dale went out of his way to rectify the problem. I am very satisfied with his work and will hire him again.

Dale from DBML completed a master bedroom reno (paint, trim and full closet remodel including built-ins and wall removal), as well as a complete renovation of our ensuite (including adding a glass shower). It was wonderful to work with him. Throughout the planning process, he was always accessible and he really listened to our wants and concerns. He also contributed many useful suggestions to make the project even better.

Throughout our project, he stayed on budget, kept us updated on progress and always kept the workspace very clean. It's amazing to come home during a renovation and not see a mess or tools everywhere - it really made the whole process much more pleasant! He was very detail oriented and we absolutely love the work he did. It looks even better than what we had imagined. I would absolutely recommend this contractor!

A detailed quote was provided for the work to be done and the work was done in a timely fashion and within the estimated costs. The contractor came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The contractor explained everything he was doing and why along the entire process which was very helpful. He was very well organized and also cleaned up his work area at the end of each day.

We also took advantage of the contractors expertise to repair other items in our home like floor tiles and closet doors.

I would recommend Dale Brown highly! He is very courteous and always punctual (will e-mail if running late, which is rare). His estimates are well detailed and prices seem competitive. He is very attentive to the client's requests and does not hesitate to ask questions to best respond to the client's needs. Dale is always prepared to put forward options or alternative solutions. He is also honest: I had asked for a quote on the installation of the main and basement staircases. Because of the complexity of the work, he suggested that I hire a specialized company for the main staircase. He installed the basement staircase and did a great job. He has also graciously provided advice on little repairs done by the client!
