I am a repeat satisfied customer as once again Dave has provided me with great quality work! Dave was willing to discuss price for my floor renovation with no hidden costs, with a full guarantee on his work. Friendly and experienced, Dave and Doug did great work for me previously in adding custom cabinetry and a counter top to an existing counter, and this time the same quality was provided with refinishing my hardwood floors. As you can see below the first pic is the existing peninsula. We added a colour matched end cabinet with a new counter top and turned 45 degrees to make more space in the dining area.

Dave did an amazing job at our office. We needed a new front desk and cabinets for storage and Dave delivered above and beyond. He drew plans for the job and revised according to our needs. He was very easy to work with and we couldn't be more happy with the results. His attention to detail is exemplary and it shows in his work. He completed the job within the time limits we set and always cleaned his workspace after each work day. I would use DC Contracting again the next time I need work done and I highly recommend his services.

Dave Carney is customer focused and conscientious. He worked with us on our original design and was open to ideas - particularly around finishes, shelves and lighting. It was great to see our concept come to fruition under his care. The wall unit is beautiful - solid wood with a bar and an entertainment unit. He sourced all the materials and built the unit in pieces - installing each component in a timely manner and with great attention to detail.
Not only is he great at what he does but was friendly and smiling the whole time - even when things didn't go exactly as planned. Very happy with the results and the service!

I work at a local rental store and have know Dave and his crew for over ten years, I always believed he was a good contractor so I decided when I need work I would put him to the test. The counter tops were installed during the build and weren't done properly but Dave over came those problems and left me very satisfied with the end results.
The laminate they took out the old dark stuff and replaced it with new lighter product, there were some tricky fits with this installation because of the floor layout and Dave and Doug overcame those issues and left me with a floor I love. It came close to budget but because of some hidden problems that added a little labor to the job which I felt was fair.
I would recommend these fellow to anyone needing a reno.

Times have changed so I put it in writing that my customer will recieve a ONE YEAR WARRANTY on my workmanship.
