Sent the requested deposit, confirmed their attendance the night before they were to change the back roof which is leaking. They arrive the morning of, tell my mother they don't have the brown shingles I ordered, as the stores in Toronto are “out” of them, Dean tells her that he’ll be back at 1:00pm, gathers his gear and leaves. Sends me the deposit back by e-transfer with no explanation. Work not done. No notice of cancellation and in fact never tells me that he’s not doing the job; just sends the deposit back and gets snippy about the password for the e-transfer. Strange way to do business.

We are so happy with our new roof thank you Dean and Rodney very professional very thorough so polite so kind the grounds look better now than they did before they started they cleaned up so well and we are extremely extremely satisfied thank you so much again.

Very Professional and Honest from the quote to the workmanship. They arrived on time set up and got the job done and cleaned the grounds . These guys and the crew very personable and polite.
Their prices are very competitive and they do not overcharge. The go above and beyond to satisfy their customer. I was extremely happy overall.
