Delize Inc

We highly recommend hiring Delize Inc for your renovation project. Ben, Luke, and the crew did such high quality, detailed work and were very friendly and easy to work with. We appreciated that they were honest about what the best way of doing things was, and always gave us options to consider at various price points in a timely manner. They took great care in the work they did. We felt at ease with their work, and felt we could really trust them.

Benj gave us a reasonable cost estimate and suggested where we might get the materials for flooring. He kindly transported the selected flooring to our house. Work was done professionally on time to our satisfaction.

I had and fire place chimney chase made of field stone and it developed a crack. I thought i had time to repair it myself. By the time i got to the chimney i found that the rock was the only thing holding it up. I hired Benjamin of Delize inc to help solve this problem.

This team have done really well. We've talked to Benjamin he is really professional, very detailed and well organized. After we talked they just took care of everything until our basement fully furnished. Very stress free.

At our rental property, one of our previous tenants had improperly repaired a leak by a balcony door. As a result, the leak seeped into the floor underneath the lino. The end mess was rotted floor boards, damaged lino, popped out laminate flooring near the door, and door casing deterioration (See photo).

I searched for a long time trying to find someone to come in and repair our problem. Eventually, I found Delize Inc. Delize came first and inspected the damage. They scheduled a time to do the repairs. In a half a day, the leak, the floor, the lino, laminate flooring, and the door casing was all repaired. The leak was properly sealed. Delize removed the rotted boards and replaced them. They removed the damaged lino and replaced it expertly. I thought they would have needed more lino, but Delize was able to replace the lino perfectly without excess lino. The seem between the old and new lino is flawless. The laminate flooring in itself was still usable and not water damaged, so they were able to put it back in place. Finally, the door casing was replaced as if there was no change at all. (See photo)

All in all, I was completely happy with Delize Inc.'s work. I will gladly call upon them for repairs.

Excellent service; clean jobsite; on budget; takes pride in workmanship and in quality. Project is now 5 yrs. old and still looks brand new, with no deficiencies to date.

Benjamin did two bathroom renovations for me and the outcomes were amazing! They were complicated jobs (coordination with asbestos removal and working with condo renovation rules) and Benjamin handled it very well. The quality of work and cleanliness were fantastic! I was still able to easily live in my condo while the work was being done as they did such a great job sticking to agreed upon times of work and ALWAYS cleaning up after themselves. He provides a great mix of having suggestions if I wasn't super picky, but also worked with me on aspects that I had very specific requests. I'm so happy with my ensuite especially - it's like having a spa in my home!

Benjamin and his team at Delize Inc. painted our house, my parent's condominium and my brother's house. In all cases, they did an excellent job. In our house , the walls were badly damaged and scratched in many areas. When they finished their job, the house looked brand new and we received many compliments from our friends and family about how nice it was done. I highly recommend Benjamin and his team to anyone considering renovations, painting, etc.

I had hired Delize Contractors more than once and I am very pleased with their service. I'm on their waiting list for next Spring again. I highly recommend them for their professional and respectful attitude.
