Benj with Delize has done great work for me on multiple jobs.
I contracted with Delize to tear down and rebuild my deck. The job was done perfectly, on time and on budget and to our agreed upon design work.
I also contracted with Delize to replace all of my windows, add insulation to my exterior walls and replace all of my siding. The job was again done perfectly, on time and on budget. I was amazed at the final result.
Benj always does high quality work for a reasonable price. I refer all of my friends, family and co-workers to Benj for any construction projects. I've always heard great things at the end of every project.
I highly recommend Delize and Benj for any construction projects. He is a honest contractor with integrity that can be trusted to get the job done right, on time and on budget.

We have been very impressed with the quality of Delize's work. Our renovations always end up as Improvements, rather than just repairs. The work is done on schedule and on budget. We totally trust Ben and his workers to understand what needs to done and do quality work.
