Dre and team demolished a space above my garage. They started on time and finished earlier than projected. They executed exactly what we had asked and ensured the space was tidy when they left.
I am very pleased with the outcome and appreciated the regular communication to ensure our expectations were met.

They were conscientious, friendly, experienced and got it all done in about 6 hours!! True professionals. Dre and his team did an amazing job. They were fast, easy to work with and very hard working. The job was quite complicated and Dre gave it the consideration it needed. Dre was also very communicative about the budget and schedule. I highly recommend Demo Kings and will hire them again the future.

Dre and Val were awesome. Did exactly as requested in taking down a collapsed garage. Recovered some things inside. They were friendly, professional and got everything done. Would use them again or recommend to anyone else.

Excellent work. Dre is great to work with, always on time, very organized, very accommodating. He completed the job in half the estimated time.
I had another estimate from a guy who was late for his appointment and then took several days more than he promised for his estimate. His price would have been double Dre's price.
Demo King will do the work as promised, and will do it for a very fair price.

Phenomenal to work with. It wasn’t an easy job. Plaster and lathe, multiple layers of flooring... Dre did an unreal amount of work, for a fair price, in exactly the amount of time he estimated. I would recommend highly to anyone.
