Design to Perfection - Kitchen Concepts Inc.

We had our bathroom renovation completed by Design to Perfection. After searching throughout the GHA for a contractor, we knew from our first meeting with Ross & Gabe that they would be a great fit for our first major renovation project.

Our bathroom renovation included a complete demo, moving walls, and then reconstructing our bathroom from the design phase, to construction, to placing of the final floor mat. In each phase of the project, we really felt as if DTP was renovating a bathroom in their own house, taking lots of care during construction and going the extra step to make sure everything was done correctly. DTP was very respectful and managed the sub-contractors and their projects, and only brought us in the loop when problems arose and new decisions had to be made. There was never an issue with DTP or his contractors – only surprises that our rickety old house bestowed upon us (and them). Ross & Gabe handled the “surprises” in a very professional manner, giving us guidance on how to proceed, and always keeping our best interests in mind.

As mentioned above, DTP ensured our project was complete from all aspects - including the design of the washroom. Sonya, DTP’s interior designer, was a huge asset in putting our bathroom together with all the finishing touches! She really helped make the washroom a picture-perfect space in our home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better or more trusting crew. Ross, Gabe, Sonya & the team were truly wonderful to work with, and respectful of our house, lives, and situation. If they could handle our washroom renovation with such ease, I would recommend them to anyone for a washroom or kitchen renovation any day of the week. In fact, we’ve already referred friends and family their way – and know that this won’t be our last project working with them!

DTP really did make our washroom the most sanctuary-like space in our home.

My husband and I took six months to find the right company to work with us to upgrade our kitchen. I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen. The entire team was always on time. Phone calls and emails were returned within the hour. At the completion of every days work, my floor was swept and wiped over. There was no mess! The design process was exciting for me because everything that was important to me was taken into account. I felt like the entire team from Design to Perfection were trying to make my dream kitchen a reality even when I changed my mind (more than one time!). They understood we had a budget and stayed within it. I would recommend friends and family to use this company. I felt that we had built a friendship by the time the kitchen was complete and was sad to see them leave! Thanks so much Gabe and Ross!!!
