Dealing with Nicolas was easy, he was quick to respond and gave us a clear estimate after visiting. The work was done very well and on budget. Nicolas listened to everything we asked for and delivered. His team was very courteous and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Developpements Privilege and will use them again in the future.

Total scam. This guy isn't even a contractor, he's an elderly gentleman with one guy working for him. Really poor quality workmanship and took weeks longer than promised, asking for cash along the way and never delivering as promised.

Didn't even bother covering floors when painting. When I pointed out the paint dripped all over the floors, he tried denying responsibility and then removed with stripper ruining floor varnish. I had to get floors redone by a professional, which cost more than what I would have paid if I'd just hired a real contractor to begin with. Also fixed my bathtub overflow by gluing it to the tub with PL glue gun lol. Cemented an outdoor tile on staircase and left cement overflowing beneath. Replaced drywall on bathroom ceiling ruined by a leak, WITHOUT FIXING THE LEAK. Was also hired to clean up, but left the place filthy, I even had to scrape glue out of my kitchen sink. Then after having paid him 1800$ out of original 2000$ agreed upon, had the audacity to keep a window screen and front door key because I wouldn't pay him more, after all the damages he caused.

Had to call him several times to ask that he at least send me a physical receipt by mail. Told me he didn't like my tone and said he'd send the receipt. Unsurprisingly, I never got one.

Yes he's cheap and available, but there's a very good reason for that.

I dealt with Mr. Nicholas Rapaport and let me tell you that he was a pleasure to deal with. Simple to talk too and nothing was impossible for him. He understands that the client knows what they want and they certainly delivered and then some. For example, He had to paint the entire condo except the bathroom. At the end of the Renos he painted the bathroom simply because he felt it was the right thing to do when the rest of the condo had fresh paint. He didn't even charge me for that. The job was at one of my rental properties but when he needed to show me samples of floors or ceramic he would come to my home instead of me going out of my way which was great, since I'm in Laval and the rental property is in Brossard. The Job was well done and they respected the time frame I had and also, they took care of all the cleaning afterwards and the disposal of all the old material. The rest of the employees were very polite and courteous as well. I strongly recommend Developpements Privilege and ask for Mr. Nicholas Rapaport to service you.

Fixed basement floor, put floating floor, repaired so no water comes in basement and put new light for better lighting.
